An interesting read, but please note that the article is incorrect when it says that Bellevue requires students to score 95% on standardized tests to be allowed to take the gifted test. This has not been true for 3 years in Bellevue, as the district does not deny anyone the opportunity to test for gifted. All are welcome to apply.
